Management training covers the core skills for mid-managers, and more advanced teaching of coaching skills to improve teams' engagement, productivity, and effectiveness. He also delivers a range of diversity and inclusion programmes for companies.

Personality Profiling (DiSC)

The DiSC assessment is now used by businesses worldwide to help their employees gauge how they and their teammates handle conflict, how they communicate, and the motives behind their actions. Alex offers individual DISC assessments and debriefs, as well as group assessments that uncover how individuals and teams operate together with practical insights on how they may improve their team dynamics.
